Shipping
Processing Time
Each piece is handcrafted to order in our small studio. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be carefully made, finished, and prepared for shipping. During busy periods (holidays, promotions), this may extend to 14 days.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships, complete with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Romania: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
- European Union: Free on all orders
- United Kingdom: €15 flat rate
- United States & Canada: €25 flat rate
- Rest of World: Calculated at checkout
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Packaging
We take packaging seriously. Each piece is wrapped in protective materials, cushioned, and placed in a sturdy box designed to survive the journey. We use recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order
How to Return
- Email us at orders@woodvibesonly.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (for EU orders)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop it off at your nearest shipping point
Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of mind (EU): We provide a prepaid return label; €8 is deducted from your refund
- Change of mind (Outside EU): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders (items made to your specifications)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been used, mounted, or show signs of wear
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help. The easiest way to exchange is:
- Return the original item (see return process above)
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get your new piece as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll arrange it—though this may take a bit longer.
Damaged or Defective Items
We pack everything with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Document the damage — Take photos of the packaging and the item
- Contact us within 48 hours — Email orders@woodvibesonly.com with your order number and photos
- We'll make it right — We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs
Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we've resolved the issue, as we may need them for a shipping claim.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund if:
- The order hasn't entered production yet (typically within 24 hours of placing the order)
- For custom orders: within 12 hours of order confirmation
To cancel, email us immediately at orders@woodvibesonly.com with your order number. If production has already begun, we may not be able to cancel, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can follow your piece's journey from our studio to your door.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for destinations outside the EU are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. If your country isn't listed, reach out—we'll find a way.
What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
The courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times or leave the package at a nearby pickup point. You'll receive updates via the tracking link. If there are any issues, contact your local courier with the tracking number.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. We recommend double-checking all specifications before confirming your order.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. After that, it typically takes 3–10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link for the latest updates. If there's no movement for more than 5 business days, email us at orders@woodvibesonly.com. We'll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
