Below you’ll find a clear and simple outline of how returns and refunds work at Wood Vibes Only.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Unused items in their original condition

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Packaged securely to avoid damage in transit

Custom-sized pieces or items made to specific client measurements are not eligible for return, as they are crafted individually.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@woodvibesonly.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will provide clear instructions and a return address.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In their original packaging

  • Without signs of wear, scratches, or residue

Items that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for refund.


Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Import duties or taxes paid on delivery cannot be refunded


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different variant (colour/material), simply contact us.
We’ll guide you through availability and next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly with replacement or refund options.
