Your 30-day return window

For a standard, non-personalised item, email orders@woodvibesonly.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the item; you do not need to give a reason. We will send the return instructions and address.

Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. For our extended return offer, it must be unused, unmounted and in its original condition, securely packed in its original packaging. Your statutory right to inspect goods is unaffected.

Personalised items

Engraved, personalised and custom-sized items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Gift cards are excluded from our voluntary return offer. These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns from the EU, we provide a prepaid return label and deduct €8 from your refund.

For change-of-mind returns from outside the EU, you pay the return shipping costs. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the necessary return shipping.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We normally process them within 5–7 business days after receiving and checking the return, subject to any shorter deadline required by law. Your bank may take additional time to show the payment.

For statutory withdrawal, we refund the least expensive standard outbound delivery cost as required by law; any extra paid for an upgraded service is excluded. For returns under our extended offer beyond the statutory period, original delivery charges are not refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact orders@woodvibesonly.com as soon as you notice a problem, with your order number and photographs if available. We will help arrange the appropriate solution.

Your legal rights

Our 30-day offer is additional to your statutory consumer rights. It does not limit withdrawal rights, legal guarantees or remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described. Where EU withdrawal rules apply, reimbursement is due within 14 days of notification; it may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received, whichever comes first.
