Handmade Nature

All our products are handcrafted from natural wood. Due to the nature of the material, each piece is unique. Variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not defects—they're what makes your piece one of a kind.

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting in photographs. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±5% due to the handmade process.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll send you an order confirmation email—this confirms we've received your order, not that we've accepted it.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to ship to your location

If we decline your order, we'll refund any payment in full.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). We never store your full payment details on our servers.

Your order will begin processing once payment is confirmed.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production hasn't begun. For custom orders, cancellation is only possible within 12 hours. Contact us immediately at orders.woodvibes@googlemail.com.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Delivery Address

You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

Your Statutory Rights

If you're an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (except for custom/personalized items). This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

For custom or personalized products:

• A detailed description or specifications will be agreed upon before production
• Changes after production begins may not be possible or may incur additional costs
• Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless defective
• Production times may be longer than standard items

By placing a custom order, you confirm that the specifications provided are accurate and final.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All our products come with a craftsmanship guarantee. If a defect appears due to faulty workmanship (not normal wear, misuse, or damage), we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the defect.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as payment providers or social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites. We encourage you to review their policies before providing any personal information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
